The US alternative investment firm and the UK hedge fund are splitting a portfolio comprised of 4,300 unpaid residential mortgages made to people in Catalonia, Madrid and Valencia.
The fund, which had €500 million in existing commitments, has been boosted with an additional €250 million top-up.
